The Study presents the characterization of the National Irrigation (Mainland Portugal), the existing natural conditions (climatological, physiographic, soils and water resources), the problems associated with climate change, agricultural systems, socioeconomic aspects, existing infrastructure, governance and management, tariff system and public policies.
All contributions must be sent to pnregadio2030@ma.gov.pt, until next January 14th.
