Seminar "Research in State Laboratories and Building a Safe and More Resilient Society", on October 25th

It will take place on the 25th of October 2021 at the LNEC Auditorium in Lisbon, the SEMINAR "RESEARCH IN STATE LABORATORIES AND BUILDING A SAFE AND MORE RESILIENT SOCIETY", with the participation of Sandra Cavaco, Ana Botelho, Carla Brites, Maria Conceição Gonçalves and Pedro Naves, researchers from INIAV, as speakers.

The Presidency of the Scientific Council of INIAV participates in the Organizing Committee and Rosa Lino Neto and Nuno Alvarenga in the Moderation of Themes. The President of the INIAV CD, Dr. Nuno Canada will participate in the Roundtable.

The Seminar, organized by the Forum of Scientific Councils of State Laboratories (FCCLE) aims to show the interrelationship and role of State laboratories (IPMA, LNEC, INIAV, INSA, LNEG, IH and DGT) in topics of great importance for modern societies like the climate change, you natural resources, a food safety, a civil security and the health and well-being of populations, as well as the contribution of science and applied research in strategic decisions for the country in these fields.
