THE Composting Ireland wants everyone to know how to compost and will organize a composting event in June and July with two online sessions. A first for the general population and a second session for vegetable gardens and community gardens.
The sessions will be the responsibility of Betty Kehoe, landscape designer and garden designer and community monitor at Composting Ireland.
These two events are hosted by the Top of the City Community Garden and Waterford City and County Council.
Sessions will be online on June 24 and July 1, between 7 pm and 8:30 pm (local time)
June 24: This session is aimed at the general public who are interested in learning more about composting and making their own compost.

July 1st: This session is suitable for anyone interested in composting as part of a community garden or vegetable garden, residents' association or any other group of people who can manage green waste.
